Recently, a new standardized production workshop for local machine tool castings was officially put into operation. The production line covers the entire chain of resin sand molding, molten iron smelting, casting aging treatment, and grinding and finishing. It is dedicated to supplying a full set of cast iron accessories for CNC engraving machines, stone processing equipment, and machining centers.
The workshop can undertake customized processing of various non-standard castings such as bed bases, machine tool beams, Z-axis columns, spindle boxes, cast iron platforms, floor rails, etc. High-grade gray cast iron HT250/HT300 is selected as the raw material. In view of the long-term high-speed cutting and strong vibration conditions of the stone engraving machine, the tic-tac-shape reinforcing rib layout inside the casting is optimized to improve the rigidity of the entire machine and weaken the vibration of the equipment.
In terms of quality control, each batch of molten iron is tested for metallographic composition by a spectrum analyzer; after the castings are poured and cooled, they undergo constant temperature heat aging treatment at 550°C to eliminate internal stress and ensure that the machine tool has constant dimensions for long-term operation.
According to the person in charge, at this stage, the factory can accept large and small batch orders, providing one-stop delivery from drawing analysis, mold casting to guide rail surface finishing. It is suitable for stone CNC machines, woodworking engraving machines, and metal processing equipment host manufacturers to provide supporting supplies, helping to improve and upgrade the local equipment manufacturing industry chain.
