The Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and High-energy Highway, and National Highways 104 and 106 run through the city, so the transportation is very convenient.

Our company is a modern technology company integrating R&D, design, casting, processing and sales. The company currently has more than 150 employees, including more than 30 technical staff. The factory area is 30,000 square meters. The company's equipment mainly includes 2 two-ton electric furnaces, 2 five-ton electric furnaces, 2 eight-ton electric furnaces, 1 vertical parting molding line, 1 horizontal parting molding line, 2 lost foam production lines, 2 resin sand molding production lines, 2 vacuum molding production lines, 3 shot blasting machines, 5 grinding rooms, and 2 spectrometers. The annual production capacity is more than 15,000 tons. It can produce castings made of gray cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, cast steel, heat-resistant steel, alloy steel, cast aluminum, cast copper and other materials.

The company has multiple large-scale machining equipment; CNC gantry milling, horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, CNC horizontal lathes, CNC vertical lathes, gantry grinders, surface grinders, cylindrical and internal hole grinders, and wire cutting equipment.

The company is equipped with 5 medium-frequency electric furnaces to ensure a stable smelting process and excellent quality of molten metal, providing reliable guarantee for subsequent casting processes and improving product performance and consistency. There are 2 resin sand molding production lines (Jinan Second Machine Molding Line) and 2 vacuum lost foam molding production lines to realize automated molding production, improve production efficiency and casting accuracy, and ensure product size accuracy and surface quality. There are more than 10 sets of various types of processing equipment, including CNC machine tools, machining centers and other advanced equipment to ensure casting processing accuracy and surface treatment quality and meet customers' high requirements for finished parts. High-precision testing equipment such as three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines can accurately measure the dimensions of castings to ensure that product dimensions meet design requirements, reduce processing scrap rates, and improve customer satisfaction. Physical and chemical testing equipment, including spectrum analyzers, hardness testers, etc., are used to test the chemical composition and mechanical properties of raw materials and finished products to ensure that products meet standard requirements and ensure customer safety. Non-destructive testing equipment, including X-ray flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, etc., can detect internal defects in castings to ensure that the product has no hidden flaws and improve product reliability and service life. Material analysis equipment, including metallographic microscopes, etc., analyze the microstructure of castings, evaluate material properties and processing technology effects, and guide production optimization and quality improvement.
