The material of the three-dimensional flexible welding platform is mostly made of HT250 high-strength gray cast iron. It mainly has two hole systems, D28 and D16, with a grid spacing of 100mm. It combines the shock-absorbing rigidity of the cast iron platform with the advantages of modular flexible tooling, and is perfectly suitable for multiple types of welding, structural component assembly, and robot automatic welding. Compared with the traditional T-slot cast iron welding platform, the advantages of homemade welding tooling are extremely prominent. A set of platforms can weld hundreds of workpieces of different specifications, and can be freely assembled with standard accessories such as positioning pins, quick clamps, angle blocks, V-shaped supports, adjustable brackets, etc., and the platforms can be infinitely spliced and expanded, and there is no size limit for oversized workpieces.
